Baked Trout with Parmesan Cheese

Baked salmon with parmesan


  1. Rinse trout fillet with water.
  2. Place trout fillet, skin side down, on a foil. Then raise free sides of the foil so that it fits tight against the trout.
  3. Fine grate parmesan cheese and spread over trout.
  4. Bake at 204℃ (400℉) for 25 – 35 min. Parmesan will melt and become lightly brown.
  5. Trout is ready to serve.
