Deep Fried Cauliflower

Instructions:

  1. Rinse cauliflower.
  2. Remove leaves from the cauliflower base and then cut off the stem at the base.
  3. Chop the head into large florets or break it apart with your fingers. If florets are big, chop them into smaller ones. After that, trim and discard any excess stems.
  4. Pour water into a pan. Add salt and then bring it to boil.
  5. Add chopped cauliflower into the pan and boil for 3 minutes until soft.
  6. Let cooked cauliflower to cool down.
  7. Put almond flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
  8. Beat egg into another bowl and then pour cream into egg. Mix with a fork.
  9. Take one chop of cauliflower and dip first into egg mix and then into the flour mix.
  10. Heat a small but deep skillet with oil (approximately 1/2 in (1.5 cm) of height).
  11. Place into the well-heated skillet and fry on all sides until golden brown.
  12. Deep fried keto cauliflower is ready to serve.
