Instructions:
- Rinse cauliflower.
- Remove leaves from the cauliflower base and then cut off the stem at the base.
- Chop the head into large florets or break it apart with your fingers. If florets are big, chop them into smaller ones. After that, trim and discard any excess stems.
- Pour water into a pan. Add salt and then bring it to boil.
- Add chopped cauliflower into the pan and boil for 3 minutes until soft.
- Let cooked cauliflower to cool down.
- Put almond flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Set aside.
- Beat egg into another bowl and then pour cream into egg. Mix with a fork.
- Take one chop of cauliflower and dip first into egg mix and then into the flour mix.
- Heat a small but deep skillet with oil (approximately 1/2 in (1.5 cm) of height).
- Place into the well-heated skillet and fry on all sides until golden brown.
- Deep fried keto cauliflower is ready to serve.
