Instructions:
- Put chocolate and butter in a souse pan and melt them.
- Stir chocolate mixture all the time until smooth and then let it cool.
- Add whipping cream to the chocolate mixture and mix it with a spatula. Then set aside.
- Separate yolks from egg whites in different bowls.
- Add salt to the bowl with egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.
- Add sweetener to the egg whites and beat until firm peaks form.
- Whisk the yolks until smooth.
- While mixing, pour warm (not hot) melted chocolate mixture into the yolks.
- Fold beaten egg whites into the batter until white streaks disappear.
- Pour the batter into a parchment or silicone baking form.
- Bake at 180℃ (355℉) for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in a cake comes out clean.
