Pork Schnitzel


  1. Rinse meat and then slice it.
  2. Place sliced pork in a single layer on a cutting board. Cover with a plastic wrap and then pound with a meat mallet until 1/4″ (6 mm).
  3. Beat eggs into a small bowl with a fork. Set aside.
  4. Add coconut flour, almond flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
  5. Add lard into a skillet. Turn on heat.
  6. Dip both sides of pounded slice into the flour mix.
  7. Then dip both sides into the beaten egg.
  8. And last, dip both sides into the flour mix.
  9. Place the Schnitzel in a well-heated skillet.
  10. Fry the Schnitzel for about 3 – 5 minutes on both sides until deep golden brown.
  11. Serve immediately with salad.
