Tartar Sauce


  1. Fine chop pickled cucumber.
  2. Put chopped pickles to a strainer to reduce liquids.
  3. Fine chop onion.
  4. Add all ingredients into a bowl. Use homemade mayonnaise.
  5. Mix well with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate before serving. Tartar sauce can be stored in a fridge for several days.
