Atlantic Seafood Chowder

  1. Thaw scallops if they are frozen.
  2. Chop fish.
  3. Put shrimps into a pan with hot water. Bring them to boil and then simmer for a few minutes. Peel the shrimps and then chop them.
  4. Butterfly a lobster tail with knife or scissors.
  5. Chop lobster.
  6. Mince garlic gloves.
  7. Heat skillet, add butter. When butter is melted, add minced garlic. Fry until garlic is golden brown.
  8. Add chopped seafood, 1 tsp of salt and spices to the skillet. Fry until seafood becomes golden brown.
  9. Pour water into a pan and bring to boil.
  10. Cube potato.
  11. Add potato and salt into the pan with hot water.
  12. Chop cheese.
  13. Check potatoes with a knife. If they are almost cooked, then add chopped cheese to the pan. Simmer until potatoes are soft.
  14. Add cream and fried seafood into the pan. Simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat.
  15. Soup is ready for serving.
