  2. Whisk egg mixture, and then set aside for a few minutes until the foam disappears.omellete before fying
  3. Slice bacon with a knife and add to the preheated skillet. When the bacon is fried, slide on the plate.fried bacon
  4. Take out excess oil from the skillet and use it for next step.
  5. Use ladle to spread the egg mixture over preheated skillet and then cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes.
  6. When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, use spatula to gently roll the omelette.
  7. Slide omelette on the plate.
