Instructions:
- Put all ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk egg mixture, and then set aside for a few minutes until the foam disappears.
- Slice bacon with a knife and add to the preheated skillet. When the bacon is fried, slide on the plate.
- Take out excess oil from the skillet and use it for next step.
- Use ladle to spread the egg mixture over preheated skillet and then cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes.
- When top surface of eggs is thickened and no visible liquid egg remains, use spatula to gently roll the omelette.
- Slide omelette on the plate.
- Serve with pickles, cheese and fried bacon.
