Kale Chips

  1. Wash kale and put in a strainer for a few minutes.
  2. Preheat oven to 150℃ (300℉).
  3. Rough chop kale using knife or tear off with your hands.
  4. Spring chopped kale with oil and salt. Mix until all leaves become wet.
  5. Place on a baking sheet with parchment.
  6. Bake for 7 minutes, then rotate the sheet and bake for another 5 minutes.
  7. Take out the baking sheet from the oven. Let kale chips cool down.
