Instructions:

  1. Thaw scallops if they are frozen.scalops
  2. Chop fish.cubbed fish
  3. Put shrimps into a pan with hot water. Bring them to boil and then simmer for a few minutes. Peel the shrimps and then chop them.chopped shrimp

  7. Heat skillet, add butter. When butter is melted, add minced garlic. Fry until garlic is golden brown.fried minced garlic

  9. Pour water into a pan and bring to boil.

  11. Add potato and salt into the pan with hot water.

  13. Check potatoes with a knife. If they are almost cooked, then add chopped cheese to the pan. Simmer until potatoes are soft.
  14. Add cream and fried seafood into the pan. Simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the heat.
  15. Soup is ready for serving.
