Instructions:
- Rinse trout fillet with water.
- Place trout fillet, skin side down, on a foil. Then raise free sides of the foil so that it fits tight against the trout.
- Fine grate parmesan cheese and spread over trout.
- Bake at 204℃ (400℉) for 25 – 35 min. Parmesan will melt and become lightly brown.
- Trout is ready to serve.
