Instructions:
- Rinse meat and then slice it.
- Place sliced pork in a single layer on a cutting board. Cover with a plastic wrap and then pound with a meat mallet until 1/4″ (6 mm).
- Beat eggs into a small bowl with a fork. Set aside.
- Add coconut flour, almond flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
- Add lard into a skillet. Turn on heat.
- Dip both sides of pounded slice into the flour mix.
- Then dip both sides into the beaten egg.
- And last, dip both sides into the flour mix.
- Place the Schnitzel in a well-heated skillet.
- Fry the Schnitzel for about 3 – 5 minutes on both sides until deep golden brown.
- Serve immediately with salad.
