Instructions:

  1. Rinse meat and then slice it.sliced pork
  2. Place sliced pork in a single layer on a cutting board. Cover with a plastic wrap and then pound with a meat mallet until 1/4″ (6 mm).pounded pork
  3. Beat eggs into a small bowl with a fork. Set aside.beaten egg
  4. Add coconut flour, almond flour, garlic powder, black pepper and salt in a bowl.
  5. Add lard into a skillet. Turn on heat.
  6. Dip both sides of pounded slice into the flour mix.breading 1
  7. Then dip both sides into the beaten egg.breading 2
  8. And last, dip both sides into the flour mix.breading 3
  9. Place the Schnitzel in a well-heated skillet. pork schnitzel on skillet 1
