Instructions:

  1. Grate carrot.fine grated carrots
  2. Mince garlic.minced garlic 1
  3. Add minced garlic, basil, and salt into a bowl with grated carrot and mix them. Leave for a few minutes.carrots with basil oil salt
  4. Remove leaves from the cauliflower base. Next, cut off the stem at the base. Chop the head into large florets or break it apart with your fingers. If florets are big, chop them into smaller ones. And last step, trim and discard any excess stems.

  5. Hold the broccoli with the stem facing up on your cutting board. Make downward cuts with a knife, separating the florets from the thick center stem. If florets are big, chop them into smaller ones.

  6. Quarter cherry tomato.quartered tomato 1
  7. Cube feta.cubed feta
  8. Add quartered tomato, chopped cauliflower and broccoli into bowl with carrot. Mix well.
