Instructions:

  1. Rinse liver with cold water. Slice the liver.sliced beef liver

  4. Heat a large skillet over medium-heat until hot. Add lard and diced onion. Fry until onion is golden brown. Remove caramelized onion from the skillet and set aside.fried onion1
  5. Remove sliced liver from from milk and discard liquid.
  6. In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.crumbing
  7. Evenly dust each piece of sliced liver with seasoned flour mixture.crumbing liver
  8. Place dusted sliced liver on preheated skillet with lard.
  9. Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side until evenly browned. frying liver
