Chocolate Peanut Butter Cottage Cheese Balls

Serving: 10 peanut butter cheese balls (2.5 cm or 1″).

Instructions:

  1. Cube cottage cheese.
  2. Add all ingredients into a blender bowl.
  3. Blend until all ingredients are well mixed and then place them into a bowl.
  4. Fine chop chocolate with a knife.
  5. Scoop mixture and make approximately 2.5 cm or 1″ ball and then dip it into chopped chocolate.
