Deep Fried Cheese Balls

Serving: 14 cheese balls

Instructions:

  1. Grate cottage cheese and place in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg in the bowl.
  3. Add sugar and flour to the grated cheese.
  4. Mix dough well.
  5. Take a pinch of dough and make a 4/5 in (2 cm) ball. After that put them in a fridge for 20-30 minutes.
  6. Heat a small but deep skillet with oil (approximately 1/2 in (1.5 cm) of height).
  7. Put frozen cheese balls into the well-preheated skillet and fry on all sides until golden brown.
  8. Deep Fried Cheese Balls are ready to serve.
