Serving: 14 cheese balls
Instructions:
- Grate cottage cheese and place in a bowl.
- Beat egg in the bowl.
- Add sugar and flour to the grated cheese.
- Mix dough well.
- Take a pinch of dough and make a 4/5 in (2 cm) ball. After that put them in a fridge for 20-30 minutes.
- Heat a small but deep skillet with oil (approximately 1/2 in (1.5 cm) of height).
- Put frozen cheese balls into the well-preheated skillet and fry on all sides until golden brown.
- Deep Fried Cheese Balls are ready to serve.
